Completion of BNB Limegrove

March 2010 - Barbados, March 2010 – The transformation of the active construction site at the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown, St. James, which will comprise of twelve commercial buildings within the 10-acre lifestyle complex, is becoming more evident as the project begins to take shape, with individual buildings in the first phase of construction nearing or reaching completion. Innotech Services Ltd as the main contractor of the first phase of the project, has just achieved the completion of one such building, which is the new home of the Barbados National Bank’s Holetown branch.

This newly constructed two-storey building replaces its temporary wooden chattel house structure which the bank has been occupying for some time.  The architecture of the building is reflective of the overall design of the project at Limegrove. The building incorporates large entrance arches, traditional coral stone columns and many other attractive architectural details.

The design of the building was done by Doug Luke of Gillespie & Steel Associates Ltd and the internal fit out designed by Tyrone Mapp of SRM Architects Ltd.
