Lodge School - Completion of Phase 1 - Tour

April 2012 - Innotech Services announces the completion of Phase 1 of the Lodge School refurbishment project. The 4 buildings completed in this Phase were recently handed over to the Minister of Education, Mr. Ronald Jones at a tour organised by Innotech Services Ltd. The Minister expressed his thanks to Innotech for completing this Phase on time and within budget.

This phase which commenced on March 25th 2011, involved the demolition of 2 buildings, the construction of 4 new buildings and the part removal of the Memorial Hall and rebuilding of the rear section along with refurbishment of the existing building both internally and externally. Also as part of the Phase 1 works we were required to refit 3 existing temporary classroom units into Chemistry, Physics and Biology labs. We have also completed a large part of new external services distribution as part of this phase which involves the upgrading of the existing power supply.
