Mount Gay Rum - New Ageing Warehouse - St. Lucy

Innotech Services Ltd is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to build the new Ageing Warehouse for Mount Gay Rum at their ageing and blending facility St Lucy.

Works will commence on the site, Monday 16^th April and is scheduled to be completed within seven months.

The project will consist of the construction a one new Ageing Warehouse building with an area of approximately 20,500 square feet. The building will comprise a reinforced concrete floor slab and footings, structural steel portal frames, metal roof sheeting, reinforced concrete blockwork walls together with all associated service installations.

Innotech Services has previously worked with Mount Gay Rum at the site and looks forward to continued collaborative working.
