March 2015 - Main Building - External decoration is complete and sunshade installation has commenced. Floor tiles are complete to all levels and ceiling tiles have been installed on all levels except ground floor. Electrical, data, security, plumbing and A/C works to levels 1-3 is mostly complete and is currently being inspected, tested and commissioned. Final internal decoration to 3rd/2nd/1st floors is complete and ground floor is well advanced. Furniture has been installed on 3rd & 2nd floors and 1st & ground floor is due to commence this month. Architectural Snagging to levels 3 and 2 has commenced and is progressing well.

Building B which will house a store room, staff washrooms and the procurement department. External decoration is complete. Floor and wall tiles are complete and ceiling tiles have been installed. Electrical, plumbing and ac works are mostly complete. Final internal decoration has commenced and is well advanced.

The external decoration is complete for Building C which houses the gym, kitchen, cafeteria, training room and washrooms. Floor, wall and ceiling tiles have been installed. Electrical, plumbing and A/C works are mostly complete and are currently being inspected, tested and commissioned. Final internal decoration is complete and architectural snag list is now being worked on.

Building D which is a materials check point for trucks leaving and entering the building is mainly completed with external decoration finished, floor, wall and ceiling tiles have been installed. Final internal decoration is complete and snagging is in progress.

Building E consists of 2 buildings, one for fuelling of vehicles and the other is the main workshop which consists of 2 heavy duty lifts for the repairs of equipment. External decoration is almost complete. Floor and wall tiles are complete and ceiling tiles have been installed. Final internal decoration has commenced and is well advanced.

The small steel structure for executive parking has been completed.

External works for the entire site are at an advanced stage with graded levels and kerbs installed throughout the site. Surface water and waste drainage is complete and testing of all installed services is ongoing. Asphalt paving has commenced and is approximately 60% complete. Courtyard walkway has been decorated, block paved and handrails installed. Landscaping of planters is ongoing and is also about 60% complete.
