Expansion and refurbishment of Northgate House and Mechanical Workshop at the Barbados Port Authority.  The Northgate House included a new two storey office building with security access gates serving a main exit point for the port. The mechanical workshop was constructed using a structural steel building, cladded in steel with insitu walls to define offices and other facilities.
