Large Civil Project with lake & 4 Warehouses including a cooperage facility for Mount Gay Distilleries/ REMY MARTIN. The project consists of the construction a new Ageing Warehouse building with an area of approximately 20,500 square feet. The building comprised a reinforced concrete floor slab and footings, structural steel portal frames, metal roof sheeting, reinforced concrete blockwork walls together with all associated service installations.
