This involved the construction of 2 nr two story buildings as an extension to the existing secondary school. One building was classroom units and the other involved science labs & music rooms. The works comprised of 2 buildings with a square foot area of 13,000 plus an Assembly Hall of approximately 4,500 sq. ft. These buildings are traditional block work and concrete structures. One    building    required dewatering, however due to its proximity with an adjacent water course. Strip and pad foundation, block and concrete frames are both steel and pitch roofs with metal cladding.
