The works involved the construction of 3 new two storey structures and several two storey connectivity spines bringing together the existing buildings with the new. The areas being created within the buildings include general class room facilities, science laboratories, computer labs, teachers' facilities and 3 nr lecture halls with a combined floor area of approximately 39,000 sq. ft. Works also include the supply and installation of all fixtures, fittings and furniture (both fixed and loose). External works include new soil and surface water distribution as well as electrical and telephone systems. New sewage treatment tanks also forms part of the external works along with the reconstruction of footpaths and landscaping.
