This temporary school was completed in just 15 weeks in order to facilitate the start of the new school term in January. Our team worked tirelessly to complete this project which consisted of the construction, decoration and fit out including all electrical and plumbing requirements of eighteen classrooms in three timber buildings (partially modular) with walkway and canopy links and a small prefabricated administration building for teachers and staff; each classroom building has a covered veranda on one side with electric water coolers and sinks, seated benches and steps leading to landscaped grounds. The works also included chain link security fencing, external lighting, refuse & waste enclosures, internal fit out of classrooms including ceiling fans, black boards and fire safety equipment and air conditioning, ceiling fans and fire safety equipment in the administration building.
