The second phase carefully restored and utilised existing buildings whilst adapting to meet the requirements for modern education. The works consisted of the restoration of four existing buildings with one building being extended, together with associated external works and service infrastructure. The restoration included fully stripping out all services, finishes, windows, roofing and replacing with modern infrastructure and finishes.
