Six exclusive three storey townhouses situated beachfront on Paynes Bay, Barbados’ Platinum west coast. The building was constructed using mainly precast walls and floors and finishes included several pools serving individual condo units. It was designed to provide high end finishes including coral stone cladding, cedar shingle roofs and imported Italian tiling.
