A 50,000 square foot condominium development comprising of 19 two bed units and 3 penthouse units. The structure was a concrete encased steel frame with insitu concrete floors. This modern styled development include two gym areas, a pool, cabana units on the beach level and secure storage in the basement. The main external feature was the glass cladding and patio sliders including matching glass handrails and glass enclosed elevator. Each unit internally was completely fitted out with ensuite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens complete with all white goods, fully air conditioned throughout and specific designed lighting and full security entry systems.
