Refurbishment of existing buildings and New Build construction of a sixty three room hotel resort formerly known as Cacrabank & Blythwood Hotels. This is a five storey building constructed using a reinforced concrete insitu structure. Finishes included porcelain tiles, waterfall features and a varying design of locally fabricated timber work.
