The Cane Garden Civic Centre is the construction of a Public Centre Complex consisting of a single (1) storey Magistrate’s Court, a two (2) storey building providing accommodation of a Police Station and Barracks, a single (1) one storey Energy Centre, A Garage/Covered Walkway and other ancillary works. External Works include water tanks, septic tanks, roads, fencing, box drains, retaining wall, external water supply and drainage, external power and communications distribution, camera and external lighting and concrete walkways. This project will be a great community resource for the residents of St Thomas.
